The shop timeshare, Inc. is a club vacation timeshare and property resale company located in the Williamsburg Downs shopping center in Central Florida Parkway, about three blocks from Sea World in Orlando, Florida.
In April 1994, Tom and Judy Yeary establish a “Division for resale of timeshare” in a framework Orlando residential real estate office, Williamsburg Realty, Inc.
After more than three years of success and growth, demand to have an office devoted strictly to the needs of the club members and holiday shoppers are presented.
The shop timeshare, Inc. opened its doors in December 1997 and follows the same ethical representation of both buyers and sellers as dictated since its inception in the business. Its mission statement as teaches his players 5 and 4 administrative assistants is “Treat customers as you want to be treated and will become customers forever!”
The Yearys have held Florida Real Estate Licensing since 1980, and have participated in the launching of two major timeshare resorts in Orlando, Orange Lake Country Club in 1982 and Marriott’s Sabal Palms in 1985.
The shop timeshare, Inc. has never charged for advance notice, advertising, marketing, website, auction, or assessment fees. We earn our commissions only when you sell your property. In addition to our own sales staff experienced at the moment we are working in collaboration with a number of resale of timeshare offices across the U.S. and England. Much of our inventory is sold through the efforts of our friends to resale brokerages.
We specialize in only the best resorts, such as the Disney Vacation Club properties, Marriotts and Hiltons. Our inventory is composed mainly of Central Florida properties and a few select areas outside of Florida, where these well-known clubs have holiday resorts. It was decided to specialize in these resorts in order to give better service to buyers and sellers of these properties.
If you are interested in selling their property right, if it is a Disney Vacation Club or owned by another company, we can help! In the 11 years that have driven the Disney Vacation Club properties our company has sold more than 4000 DVC packages to new members. Our “open” (not exclusively) lists give every opportunity to sell us, other companies or find their own buyer. No withdrawal or cancellation penalty, in case you decide to take your business out of the market for whatever reason. We have one of the most extensive marketing programs on the Internet, exposing your home to millions of potential buyers every day.
The Yearys are very proud of its staff and operation! Unlike some companies resale, we are proud of our personal use and keep the names of direction at all of our online and printed materials. We have never changed our name, address or added a franchise in order to distance ourselves customer complaints! We encourage our customers to visit our store, while in the Orlando area to verify that we are much more than a nice website!
The shop timeshare, Inc. and its players have never had a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Florida Real Estate Commission, or The Florida Office of timeshare.
