Stroman Realty Celebrates 20 Years of Timeshare Auctions

Stroma Realty, Inc., dba Rii ® Strom, the world’s largest resort timeshare resale brokerage, held a Timeshare Auction on May 14th. The company has been conducting Timeshare Auctions since 1985. For the past two decades, consumers have benefited from this unique opportunity to either buy or sell a timeshare via a timeshare Stroma’s popular Auction format. Stroma’s Vigorously Timeshare Auctions are advertised and promoted. They consistently bring a positive response from the community and TIMESHARING have yielded thousands of resale for individual timeshare owners over the years.

Fortunately, Rii ® Stroma has been able to use the first-class services of their ace Dudley Althaus Auction for the Stroma Timeshare Auctions. Mr. Althaus’ accomplishments include Chairman of the National Auctioneers Association President 1989-90 and 1988-89; President of the Texas Auctioneers Association 1985-86; Texas Auctioneers Hall of Fame 1990 National Hall of Fame 1998, and Texas Champion Auction 1980. The Stroma Timeshare Auctions are generally held on Saturdays and are conducted entirely over the telephone, by email, or by fax. The Auction format makes the process as simple as possible for the consumer. Properties registered for sale in the Auction are available to Stroma’s Timeshare Resale Specialists, all of whom are licensed REALTORS ®, who assist during the Auction. Buyers bid on the properties of their choice, and the sellers can either accept or reject the offers. Buyers pay the closing costs and transfer fees and the sellers pay a commission. The property exposure provided by the Auction process encourages continued long after the resale Auction is over.
